After a career in the high tech industry as a finance and operations executive, I now follow my passion for coaching, mentoring and advising. I am a leadership coach and consultant. I thrive on helping people and organizations grow.

Equally adept in start-up and established business situations, I help turn ideas into actions that build bridges to long-term goals and aspirations. I am inspired by nature. My passion for creating optimal conditions for growth led me to write my first leadership guide, The Natural Strategist: Cultivating a Mindset of Care and Connection.

I offer my coaching and consulting services to a select number of clients through Wunderbar Ventures, my human-centered and insight-driven practice. I am an avid reader and writer, and a passionate gardener. I volunteer my time and knowledge on the board of a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to inspiring the next generation of innovators, problem solvers, and creators through hands-on learning experiences.

  • In nature, everything is interconnected. The plants and animals depend on each other, and they all depend on the sun and water. Like a thriving ecosystem, all of our decisions and actions have an impact on the world around us. As leaders, we want to captivate what is best for the whole.

  • When we care about those around us - customers, colleagues, employees, suppliers, communities - we create better outcomes and well-being.
